Ancient Comments on the Judgment
Release: danger and movement; moving to escape danger—this is release. Release is advantageous in the southwest; going there obtains the many. Returning is auspicious; then one obtains the center. Having somewhere to go, promptness is auspicious; going forward produces accomplishment. Heaven and Earth release, and thunder-rain arises; thunder-rain arises, and a hundred fruits, grasses, and trees all burst their shells. The timely significance of release is great indeed!
