Repeated Whitewater is repeated danger. Water flows and does not overflow; moving through danger without losing its trust. "Only the heart comes through" is because of the firm center. "Conduct is valued" means going forward has accomplishment. Heavenly dangers cannot be ascended; earthly dangers are mountains, rivers, hills, and mounds. Kings and dukes establish dangers to guard their states—the use of the time of Whitewater is great indeed!
