Wind moves across heaven, minimal gathering

the exemplary person accordingly beautifies patterned virtue.

Minimal Gathering: the yielding obtains its position and above and below respond to it; this is called minimal gathering. Vigorous yet entering, firmness in the center and the intention proceeds, then there is flourishing. Dense clouds but no rain: still advancing.
