4
Suddenly its coming as if, burning as if, dying as if, abandoned as if.
5
Tears issue forth streaming as if, sorrowful sighing as if; auspicious.
6
The king employs going out on a campaign; there is excellent breaking of the head, capturing not their band, no blame.

Ancient Comments on the Moving Lines

— Confucius

2
Yellow Light is fundamentally auspicious; it obtains the middle way.
3
The brightness of the declining sun—how can it endure?
4
Suddenly its coming as if, there is no place to accommodate it.

6

Ancient Comments on the Judgment

— Confucius

Drawn to the Light is clinging; sun and moon cling to heaven, the hundred grains, grasses, and trees cling to earth. Double brightness by clinging to the correct, then transforms and completes all under heaven. The yielding clings to centered-correctness, therefore it flourishes; thus keeping a female ox is auspicious.
